CUSTOM CAMPER VANS, WITHOUT THE CHAOS
Let's be clear about what custom means here. This isn't taking your napkin sketch and hoping the plumbing works. From-scratch builds are how you end up with a "custom van" that leaks, rattles, and spends more time in the shop than on the trail.
Instead, we start with one of our three proven platforms: the Doc Holliday, our family focused layout with seating for up top 8; the Sundance Kid, focused around open seating and maximized storage space; or the Davey Jackson, the only van that grows with you with modular seating and storage options.
Each Off Highway Van model is built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 chassis in either the 144 or 170 wheelbase. These floor plans have been refined across hundreds of builds. They're tried, tested, and RVIA certified, which is why we can stand behind every one with a 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and a lifetime craftsmanship warranty.
Our structure is proven. Our models are tested. Everything on top of it, is yours to decide.

INTERIOR CUSTOMIZATIONS
Wood species, ultra leather selections, hardware finishes, powder coat colors. Our premium palette selections vary widely so you can ensure your van never looks like it came off an assembly line. But, at the same time, have peace of mind that every finish and material we offer have been curated and vetted for both their long-term durability as well as their curb appeal.
OVERLAND + EXTERIOR UPGRADES
From climate upgrades to wheels, tires, suspension packages, bumpers, awnings, and exterior lighting, our a la carte upgrade pacakages are bundled to match how our customers actually use their vans. But, as always, many of these options can be added piece by piece to any Off Highway Van build.
LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT
Need extra captain's chairs? How about a 2-man convertible Mod Pod or a cafe bench with storage? Heated floors or not? And yes, of course, the microwave question. Half our clients want one. Half look at us like we suggested installing a fax machine. Both answers are correct. That's the point.
Our vans are engineered to meet your needs, not for mass appeal on an over-crowded lot.
BUILD WHAT YOU NEED: NOTHING YOU DONT
Here's the part the dealership model really gets wrong: model-based packages with no flexibility.
Want the upgraded suspension? Great. Unfortunately, it comes with a TV you'll never turn on, free car washes for a year, and an accessory kit destined for a garage shelf or an overhead cabinet never to be seen again. We do things differently.

Our aluminum and composite framing already comes in 1,000 pounds lighter than conventional builds. We're not interested in adding weight back with equipment or accessories you didn't want in your van to begin with.

Bespoke craftsmanship usually means long wait times and build queues in the months or years; not at Off Highway Van. From build confirmation to handoff, the process typically takes about 8 weeks. You make your selections, our expert build teams in Salt Lake City go to work, and two months later you're picking up your fully-customized dream van.
