After months of design and refinement, we're excited to introduce the all-new Off Highway Van 3D Camper Van Build Configurator. This tool is a fully-interactive 3D experience that lets you customize every detail of your Off Highway Van and provides unmatched pricing transparency as you build.

Step 1: Choose Your Model

Step one for the configurator is choosing your model.

Whether your adventure style leans towards the rugged versatility of the Davey Jackson, the family-focused seating of the Doc Holliday, or the all-out capability of the Sundance Kid, each one of our models is engineered with the same DNA: lightweight construction, offroad performance, bespoke customization, and long-term durability.

Step 2: Choose Your Wheelbase

Once you've selected your model, you'll choose your van's wheelbase. Choose between the 144 and 170 Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis based on your needs for maneuverability and livable interior space.

Next, it's time to define the level of capability and comfort you're looking for in your dream van.

Step 3: Choose Your Trim

Once you've determined the best model and length for your adventure style, choose between our 3 trim levels: Basecamp, Pro, and Pro-X.

Each of these trim levels builds on the last with increased features and performance-based upgrades.

Step 4: Choose Your Upgrades

Once you've chosen the right trim, you can layer in optional upgrade packages (and even a la carte upgrades).

These upgrades are tailored to how and where you travel: like the R Package, Comfort Package, Black Diamond or Unlimited pacakge all which allow you to push your van further and stay out longer.

Step 5: Customize and Make it Yours

With the foundation of your build defined, it's time to jump into what we're all here for: the customization.

The exterior customization section allows you to dial in the look and capability of your van. Here you will choose your paint color and graphics packages, add offroad upgrades, select wheels and tires that match your terrain and your style.

Every change is reflected immediately on the 3D model allowing you to see how each design decision and upgrade option will affect the overall aesthetic of your van. This is where your build starts to feel truly personal.

Interior Customization

Step inside your van, and the configurator opens up even more possibilities.

Once inside, you can customize your fabrics, flooring, wood finishes, and powder coat colors, configure your seating options, and even add storage solutions and interior accessories that match how you live and how you travel.
