Though there are some significant performance changes coming to Off Highway Vans, the interior of our off-grid adventure vans is where some of the largest visual and finish changes for 2026 are happening.

ZeroWood Construction

For 2026, we're rolling out our all new ZeroWood construction approach. Instead of traditional plywood subfloors, we're using a high-performance carbon composite: a material that doesn't rot, warp, or swell like traditional wood builds, especially in extreme conditions.

It's also lighter, stronger, and significantly more durable than a traditonal plywood subfloor. This means both better long-term durability and less weight to wear and tear on your van's major components.

Our Aluminum-Engineered Galley: Reimagined

Our redesigned galley brings modern luxury to the backcountry, delivering thoughtful design, premium materials, and everyday usability wherever the road ends.

Under-Mount Invisible Induction Cooktop

The first big update to our galley system is our all-new invisible induction cooktop integration.

When it's off, it disappears beneath the countertop surface giving you a sleek, clean prep area. this pairs perfectly with our all new porcelain countertops.

Our all-new porcelain countertops not only allow for the invisible induction cooktop, they're also highly resistant to scratches, heat, and staining.

48V Dometic Air Conditioning System

We've officially added Torque Wheels as an option for all 2026 Off Highway Van models.

Known for their lightweight yet exceptionally durable construction, these wheels are purpose-built to reduce unsprung weight and enhance overall vehicle dynamics. By shedding unnecessary mass, they improve handling, steering response, and ride quality: both on pavement and on rough backcountry roads.
